Step 1: Remove the Rich Vanilla Bean Ice Cream from the freezer and allow to sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
Step 2: Scoop the ice cream and place into serving dishes.
Step 3: To serve, drizzle over the Dark Chocolate & Vino Cotto Caramel, then top with roasted almonds, shaved chocolate and a wafer to garnish.
