Fresh Figs with Vino Cotto and Crème Fraiche
Step 1: Cut the figs in half lengthways and place onto a platter or 6 side plates.
Step 2: Drizzle the Vino Cotto evenly over the figs and serve with crème fraiche or marscapone.
Tip: This dish also works well with my Fig Vino Cotto.
