Grilled Mango with Greek Yogurt, Honey and Almonds

Step 1: Grill mango cheeks.
Step 2: Drizzle with Verjuice & honey and add roughly chopped toasted almonds.
Step 3: Serve with Greek yoghurt on the side and garnish with mint leaves.

40ml 2 tbspn honey
25g almonds toasted
