Step 1: Place the oats into a medium bowl with the apple juice and set aside to soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 2: Place the soaked oats, apple juice the remaining ingredients, into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.
Step 3: To serve, swipe the inside of the glass with extra Quince Glaze, then pour in the smoothie and enjoy chilled.

1/2 cup full cream milk (or almond milk) chilled
1 ripe lady finger banana peeled
20ml 1 tbspn Quince Glaze
1 tbspn honey
