Soft Polenta with Parmesan

Step 1: Place the milk into a large pot and place over a high heat, bring to the boil then slowly add the polenta, continually stirring.
Step 2: Reduce to a medium heat and allow too cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the mixture has thickened, then stir in the butter, cream & parmesan.
Step 3: Season to taste.
Use Soft Polenta with Parmesan to make
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup fine polenta
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup thickened cream
100g parmesan finely grated
to season sea salt and ground white pepper
to serve parmesan
