Step 1: Bruise the lemon verbena leaves and place one in each glass.

Step 2: Slice Ruby Grapefruit into wedges and squeeze one wedge into each glass.

Step 3: Fill each glass with crushed ice.

Step 5: Top with Sparkling Chardonnay.
