Sparkling Chardonnay, Ruby Grapefruit & Mint Mocktail

Step 1: Using a peeler, remove the zest from the grapefruit and set aside, then cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze out the juice

Step 2: To serve; pour 1 tbsp of ruby grapefruit juice into your serving glassware, then pour over the chilled Sparkling Chardonnay, stir, then garnish the glass with grapefruit zest and a sprig on fresh mint.

Step 3: You can make this delicious mocktail into a cocktail by substituting Maggie Beer Sparkling Chardonnay with an alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay.
