Udon Noodles with Beef Stock 

Tip: Preparation Time - 5 minutes, Cooking Time - 15 minutes

Step 1: Place the beef stock into a medium pot, over a medium high heat and reduce the stock to 350ml.

Step 2: Add the noodles and salt and cook for another 5 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through.

Step 3: To serve, divide the soup between 2 serving bowls and sprinkle with parsley, dressing with Extra Virgin Olive oil.

  1. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  2. 1 tbspn flat leaf parsley roughly chopped
  3. 15ml 1 tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil to garnish
