Warm Brioche with Burnt Fig, Honeycomb & Caramel Ice Cream

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Step 1: Pre heat a fan forced oven to 200C.
Step 2: Place the brioche rolls onto a lined baking tray.
Step 3: Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to sit for 10 to 15 mins to soften (this timing will depend on the temperature of the room).
Step 4: Meanwhile place the brioche into the pre-heated oven and allow to bake for 5 to 7 mins, just so that the roll has heated through.
Step 5: Remove and immediately tear in half and place a scoop of the Burnt Fig, Honeycomb & Caramel ice cream into the centre, place the other half on top and serve.
