What are Maggie's top cheeseboard tips?
To maximise the flavour and texture of Maggie's soft cheeses, remove them from the fridge at least 3 hours in advance so they can warm to room temperature before serving. Her pates are at their best and boldest when served over ice and she recommends tearing bread rather than cutting it.
