Maggie's classic Quince Paste is the first of the collection, and it pairs wonderfully with gooey camemberts and vintage cheddars. Up next is Fig and Walnut paste, and the nutty, fruity flavour that makes it a natural pairing with brie cheese. The medley is completed by Quince & Champagne Paste, which offers delicate notes of champagne and crisp acidity from Australian Seville Oranges. It pairs well with Maggie's Triple Cream Brie and Camembert.
