Made in honour of the love of her life, Colin, Maggie brought The Farmer Australian Dry Gin to life. This gin is distilled using a special selection of aromatics gathered with great thought and love. Maggie writes: "Whoever would have thought that the dream of farming pheasants would be the key to the most amazing journey of our life together that began with our humble Farm Shop where Colin bred the birds and I cooked them and the people came."

"Colin is the reason we live in the Barossa, a farmer of pheasants, vines, olives and orchards and the absolute rock of the family. His gin, as dry as his wit with saltbush from our farm, fresh season pepper grown for us in Queensland and hints of orange, is my farmer in a bottle."
