4 free range egg room tempurature
25g Dukkah

Place a medium size pot of water over a high heat and bring to the boil.

Gently place eggs in boiling water and cook for six minutes.

Remove the eggs from the pan and run under cold water. Peel the eggs.

Cut the eggs in half and serve with the Dukkah.
