Dried Fruit in Verjuice Recipe

Enjoy the sweetness of dried apricots, peaches and pears infused with Verjuice and a touch of honey. Serve with Maggie's ice cream or yoghurt.

100g dried apricots
100g dried peaches
100g dried pears
150ml verjuice
1 tspn honey

Place dried fruit into a large bowl and pour over the Verjuice and honey. Leave overnight.

Place fruit into a pot, adding a 1/4 cup of water if all the moisture has absorbed. Bring to a simmer on a very low heat for five minutes.

Allow to cool and serve with cream or yoghurt as a dessert.
