Maggie's mocktails are the drinks of the summer and this mocktail is one of her freshest, featuring ripe and plump peaches and pomegranates.

1 prosecco, super chilled
1 fresh pomegranate
1 fresh peach, cut into 10 wedges

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting it in half then, using a wooden spoon, hit the skin side with the flesh side in the palm of your hand, place a bowl under your hand and the seeds will start to fall out, as well as catching the juice.

To serve; place 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds and 2 tsp of pomegranate juice into your serving glass ware, along with 1 wedge of peach into each glass.

Then pour over the super chill Prosecco and garnish with a wedge of peach on the rim of the glass, by making a small cut through the skin.

You can make this delicious mocktail into a cocktail by substituting Maggie Beer Prosecco with an alcoholic Prosecco.
