to serve ice

Place the Sparkling Ruby Cabernet bottles from the fridge into the freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.

Pour the Sparkling Ruby Cabernet into serving glasses.

Crush half of the raspberries and divide them between the two glass’s then top with the remaining whole raspberries to serve.
