Brown Sugar & Verjuice Mocktail Recipe

Mix up a batch of this mocktail and enjoy a sweet and refreshing drink that tastes of good times and the joys of life.

2 tbspn brown sugar
3 tbspn water
10 sprigs rosemary
1 cup ice crushed
200ml Verjuice
Methods

Place the sugar & water into a saucepan & heat until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the rosemary and remove from the heat and let steep until cool.

Once cool, remove the rosemary and divide the syrup between 2 champagne flutes.

Top with plenty of crushed ice and Verjuice in each glass.

Stir to combine and finish with an extra sprig of fresh rosemary in the top of each drink.
