Creamy Bircher Muesli with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits Recipe

Maggie's creamy bircher muesli recipe is so good served with stonefruits. Between the Greek yoghurt, Verjuice and fruit, there's so much goodness.

2 cups rolled oats
2 cups full cream greek yoghurt
1 cup full cream milk
125ml Verjuice
Pinch of ground cinnamon
40ml honey
You'll need to make:
1 batch Honey Roasted Stone Fruit , to serve
To serve, extra honey
Methods

Place the oats into a large mixing bowl, then add the yoghurt, milk, Verjuice, cinnamon and honey and mix together until well combined.

Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, give the muesli a good stir and divide into 4 serving bowls. Top with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits and any of the baking juices from the fruits and drizzle over honey to serve.
